Pont l’Abbé, a shopping town and renowned historic city, invites you to discover the Bigouden culture through its outstanding cultural heritage.  

The Bigouden museum in the centre of Pont l’Abbé is home to a fine collection of headdresses, embroidered costumes and Breton furniture.
Take a look around the city’s small boutiques and discover the embroidered artwork, crockery, glassware, traditional clothing (kabig, sailor’s jacket...), Breton specialities and art galleries.  A large market, the biggest in the area, is held every Thursday morning at the Place de la République.
